Job Summary
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Milwaukie, Oregon. This position involves floating between units within a short-term acute care facility, providing specialized critical care to adult patients. The role requires delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment during night shifts.

Job Details

• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS.
• Education and experience: Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, valid compact license in hand at submission.
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required qualifications: ICU RN experience, proficiency with Epic charting system, prior charge nurse experience preferred, ability to manage complex patient conditions including acute stroke, ventilated patients, and multisystem organ failure.
• Responsibilities include continuous monitoring of ECG rhythms, pulmonary artery pressure, cardiac output, management of arterial lines and ventilators, administering emergency medications, and performing advanced procedures such as ECMO and CRRT.
• Candidates must be willing to float to other units as needed and work at least three holidays per contracted schedule.
• Must include response to whether the candidate has previously worked at a Providence facility, including location and dates.
• References: Two references covering one year (or six months if CNA) within the last three years are required.
