Job Summary
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse at a healthcare facility located in Loma Linda, CA. This role involves providing specialized critical care to adult patients in a variety of ICU settings, including surgical, trauma, neuroscience, medical, and cardiac intensive care units. The nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while demonstrating flexibility across multiple hospital units as operational needs dictate.

Job Details

• Position Description:
  Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU with experience in invasive and non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring, mechanical ventilators, arterial lines, central lines, vasopressor administration, chest tubes, advanced cardiac monitoring, defibrillators, external pacemakers, blood product administration, emergency response, and code situations. Exposure to CRRT and targeted temperature management is preferred.
• Required Qualifications:
  Valid licensure as a Registered Nurse, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale), minimum 1 year of ICU experience, and at least 1 year of recent ICU experience.
• Schedule:
  Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information:
  Candidates should be comfortable floating to various adult ICU units and other medical or surgical units as needed. Previous float pool or multi-unit experience is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate is independent, adaptable, and team-oriented, with recent ICU experience in a Level I Trauma or teaching hospital setting.
