Job Summary
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) in Cambridge. This position involves providing acute care to patients with common diagnoses such as alcohol abuse, COPD, diabetes mellitus, congestive heart failure, sepsis, and pneumonia. The role requires telemetry experience and the ability to perform charge responsibilities in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Massachusetts RN license (active or conditional), up-to-date AHA Basic Life Support (BLS), and 1-2+ years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience.
• Schedule: 12-hour days with shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Required skills include administering antibiotics, anticoagulants, blood, Lasix, and amiodarone. Experience with Pyxis, Zebra scanners, bladder scanners, dopplers, and general medical equipment is preferred. Orientation involves hospital onboarding followed by two shifts on the unit with a preceptor. Candidates must have recent references from charge RN/manager/supervisor and current licenses verified within the last 7 days.
• Submission Requirements: Up-to-date resume reflecting 1-2+ years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience, two recent references, drivers license with matching address, and RTO details at the time of submission.
