Job Summary
Medical Surgical Floor RN at a healthcare facility in the United States. Job Details

• Qualifications: Current NYS RN License, BLS Certification (AHA, HSI, or American Red Cross), at least six months of nursing experience, and management experience of up to three years.
• Schedule: Rotating shift; 12-hour shifts; 48 hours per week, every other weekend, for a 13-week assignment.
• Responsibilities: Assess, plan, delegate, coordinate, implement, and evaluate nursing care; educate patients and families on health promotion and disease management; safely administer medications; support unit productivity; comply with practice standards and regulatory requirements; participate in professional development and evidence-based practice; support a positive learning environment; and perform other duties as assigned.
• Certifications: Current NYS RN License, BLS Certification (AHA, HSI, or American Red Cross).
• Preferred Experience and Skills: Previous clinical nursing experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting; professional certification in a related nursing specialty; relevant skills certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, TNCC).
