Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Floor RN in Wausau, WI. Job Details

• Position Description: Inpatient Rehab RN. Contract length of 13 weeks, starting ASAP. Guaranteed hours per week: 48. Shift requirements include 12-hour nights from 6 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., with every other weekend and holiday rotation.
• Required Qualifications: WI RN license, AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Associate Degree or Certificate, 48 hours per week minimum, 1 year of medical-surgical rehabilitation experience or similar hospital inpatient experience.
• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, 6 p.m. - 6:30 a.m., minimum of 48 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Float to all inpatient units as needed. Contract includes 36 hours of low census unbillable hours that can be worked in 4 or 8-hour increments. Experience preferred in Epic charting; knowledge of rehab procedures for stroke, trauma, and cardiac cases is beneficial. Candidates should be hardworking, resilient, adaptable, and comfortable with change. Flu season policy requires decliners of COVID and flu vaccines to wear masks at all times during shifts.
