Job Summary
OR (Operating Room) Surgical Technician/Operating Room Technician Location: unspecified. This position involves supporting surgical procedures and maintaining sterile technique in an acute care hospital setting. The role requires flexible scheduling, including weekend call coverage, and the ability to work with a variety of surgical specialties.

- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Surgical Technologist certification, BLS certification, valid state license, minimum 1 year of hospital OR experience, ability to work weekends and holidays, experience with sterilization and decontamination processes, proficiency in operating room equipment including robotic surgical systems (DaVinci Xi, Mako) and various scopes, and ability to float between facilities if required
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with advanced surgical procedures such as orthopedic, general, urology, bariatric, and robotic surgeries
- Additional Information: Candidates must have experience with decontamination and sterilization processes, be competent in several surgical specialties, and be prepared to work scheduled weekends and holidays. References are required covering the last year.
