The role involves delivering patient-centered care within a home health setting, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and maintaining quality standards.
Job Details
- Position: Home Healthcare Professional
- Location: [Location not specified; generic term for the healthcare providers community setting]
- Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 32 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday, with potential weekend shifts
- Required Qualifications: Valid BLS (AHA) certification, CPI certification; minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, and eligibility to submit license
- Additional Information: The assignment duration is from 09/07/2026 to 12/07/2026. No on-call duties are expected. Charting will be done using the EPIC system. The unit notes include a cancellation policy and a note that no on-call is required.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
