Job Summary
ICU Registered Nurse (RN) for a healthcare provider located in the specified area. This position involves delivering high-quality patient care within the Intensive Care Unit, ensuring the nursing care plan is followed, and supervising supporting staff. The role emphasizes safety, patient-centered care, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

Job Details

• Position Description: Performs nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission, develops individualized care plans, and initiates discharge planning. Provides patient education and participates in rehabilitation programs. Responsible for accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient responses.
• Required Qualifications: Valid BLS Certification, ACLS Certification, minimum of two (2) years bedside clinical experience, location requirement: within the designated area, and a minimum of 0 years of experience.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Performs a nursing assessment on all patients within 8 hours of admission.
• Participates in team-building activities to promote a positive work environment.
• Performs other related duties as requested.
