Job Summary:
The Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Specialist is based in Bryan, Texas, specializing in cardiac catheterization procedures within an acute care setting. This role involves supporting a high-volume cath lab with various cardiac, neuro, and traumatic embolization patient care, including pre- and post-operative responsibilities, primarily in a busy, cross-trained team environment.

Job Details:

• Certifications and Education: ACLS, BLS Certification, NIHSS; minimum of 2 years of experience required.
• Schedule: 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, 0600/0630 to 1500, with approximately 10-11 days of call per month including one weekend, with a 30-minute response time.
• Responsibilities: Support performing cardiac, peripheral, neuro, and traumatic embolization procedures; monitor cases using GE MacLab/Combo Lab Hemodynamic Monitoring System; circulate cases with a team of RN staff, scrub techs, and monitor personnel; assist with emergent stroke cases; support pre- and post-operative care.
• Additional Information: Candidates with IR experience, including emergent stroke cases, and pre- or post-op experience are preferred. No direct employment with the facility within the past year. Candidates must submit a copy of their drivers license at the time of application and reflect their legal name as per government-issued ID.
