Labor and Delivery (L&D) Registered Nurse (RN) position available in Weatherford, TX. This role involves providing care for patients during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum, including newborn care and recovery procedures. The position requires a minimum of two years of experience in a hospital or specialty setting.

Job Details

• Location: Weatherford, TX
• Position Description: The RN will work in a general L&D unit with four beds, managing patient care during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery. Responsibilities include circulating C-sections, caring for immediate newborns, and ensuring patient safety throughout shifts.
• Required Qualifications: Active Texas RN license, minimum of 2 years of hospital or specialty experience, background in labor and delivery, recovery, immediate newborn care, PACU, C-section, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN certification.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week, with weekend rotations.
• Additional Information: Must have experience with Meditech electronic documentation system, able to scrub C-sections, and follow facility attendance policies.
• Preferred Qualifications: Ability to scrub C-sections, Meditech experience is preferred.
