Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Nurse in the outpatient setting at a Level III trauma center. This position involves providing surgical patient care during intraoperative procedures across various specialties, including robotics, orthopedics, neuro, OB-GYN, ENT, plastics, urology, pediatrics, and trauma. The role offers a rotating shift schedule with day shifts, evening, night, and weekend call opportunities.
Job Details
- Position Description: The OR Nurse provides nursing care for patients during intraoperative phases of the perioperative process in a busy surgical environment with state-of-the-art facilities.
- Required Qualifications: Colorado RN License or Compact RN License in good standing, BLS (American Heart Association), ACLS (American Heart Association), and 3 years of related experience.
- Schedule: Rotating shift schedule with 10-hour days; minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: The position involves surgical procedures in multiple specialties, including robotics, general, eyes, ortho, brain/spine, OB-GYN, ENT, neuro, plastics, urology, Peds, and trauma. Candidates must adhere to the radius rule of a minimum 75 miles from the facility, and facilitate proper documentation to ensure eligibility.
