Preoperative Registered Nurse (Pre Op RN) located in Tracy, CA. Job Details

• Certifications, Education, and Experience Requirements: CA RN Licensure; 3 years of experience; BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications; Ambulatory surgery/phase II experience within the past 2 years; EPIC charting experience; Day shift, 8-hour shifts; 40 hours per week.
• Schedule: Days, 8 hours, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Responsibilities: Perform routine assessments, develop and implement patient care plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and deliver education to patients and families.
• Submittal Requirements: Candidates must have uploaded Nursys verification of CA RN licensure within the last 2 weeks, applicable certifications with valid expiration dates, and two references obtained within the past year.
• Preferred Qualifications: Ambulatory surgery/phase II experience within the past 2 years, EPIC experience.
