Job Summary
Endoscopy Lab Nurse in southeastern Washington this position involves providing specialized nursing care within the endoscopy laboratory at a teaching hospital. The role focuses on screening, upper and lower endoscopy procedures, and patient management in adult populations, aligned with the facilitys clinical standards.
Job Details
- Certifications: BLS, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in an endoscopy environment.
- Education: ADN required.
- Location Requirements: Candidates must be at least 60 miles or greater from the facility.
- Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Endoscopy experience, BLS certification, ADN, 2+ years' experience, and ability to work 12-hour days.
- Additional Information:
- Role involves handling endoscopes and managing adult patient care during screening and diagnostic procedures.
- Will work one weeknight per week and every 5-6 weekends, with occasional call duties.
- No float rotation required.
- The unit has 2 beds with a patient ratio of 1:1.
