Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) Location unspecified. This position involves providing critical care to Emergency Room patients within a busy healthcare facility. The role requires a dedicated professional capable of handling fast-paced environments, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

Job Details:

• Shift: Nights, 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, ACLS, BLS, PALS, ESI level 5 training; 2+ years of clinical experience, including at least 2 previous travel assignments successfully completed. Cerner experience and TNCC training preferred.
• Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive emergency care by utilizing nursing processes, maintaining clinical competencies through continuing education, and supervising staff delivering patient care. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective patient outcomes.
• Additional Information: Responsible for delivering patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation; ensures coordination of effective nursing care based on established practices; contributes to safe patient care and team collaboration.
