Job Summary
Medical Surgical Floor RN Kansas City, Missouri. This position involves providing patient care on a 23-bed unit specializing in ortho, trauma, neuro, and post-operative procedures. The role requires delivering high-quality nursing services in a fast-paced, comprehensive stroke and level 1 trauma center environment.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: RN license, valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, experience with ortho, telemetry, and NIH procedures preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a trauma or orthopedics setting; familiarity with traction, fixators, and cooling equipment.
• Responsibilities include managing post-operative knee, hip, and shoulder replacements, trauma patients, and neuro overflow cases.
• Certification Requirements: RN license, BLS.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates should be prepared to attach their nursing license and BLS certification during the application process.
