• Location: California
• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: CA-RN (Registered Nurse), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution preferred, Current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, 0 years of experience required.
• Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
• Responsibilities include assessing patients, interpreting clinical data, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes in the operating room setting.
• The role requires effective communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Candidate must obtain and maintain licensure and BLS certification.
• Clinical practice involves rapid problem-solving, emergency response activation, and patient education on perioperative care.
• The candidate may participate in unit programs, meetings, and professional development activities to promote quality improvement and team dynamics.
• Ability to adapt to technological tools for documentation and communication is essential.
