Job Summary
Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Floor RN Location: [unspecified]. This position involves providing acute inpatient rehabilitation care to patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injuries. The role supports patients recovery through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs on a dedicated inpatient unit.

Job Details

Certifications, Education, and Experience: RN certification, BLS certification, associate or bachelors degree in nursing, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant clinical setting.
Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Additional Information: The unit is equipped with IV pumps, EKG machines, Bari beds, and med dispense systems. The Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems used are Cerner and Epic. The patient population includes geriatric and adult patients with diagnoses such as stroke, amputation, and post-major surgeries.
Responsibilities: Provide specialized rehabilitation nursing care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support recovery goals.
