Job Summary
Medical Surgical Nurse, Michigan This position involves providing leadership in the coordination and delivery of compassionate patient care within a medical surgical environment. The role requires utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, as well as effectively communicating with the healthcare team and participating in finding solutions for patient-centered goals.

Job Details

• Position: Medical Surgical Nurse (MS) Medical Surgical Floor
• Location: Michigan
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing, current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing, BLS, and ACLS certifications in hand from AHA, with 2+ years of Medical Surgical registered nurse (RN) experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with telemetry.
• Additional Information: Candidates may be requested to float to lockdown unit please ensure awareness. The role requires clinical knowledge and analytical skills to develop effective nursing care plans, perform a wide range of professional nursing services, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
