The organization is seeking an ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment in Palm Springs, California. This position involves providing direct clinical care to patients, overseeing staff, and ensuring high-quality, safe nursing practices within a busy Emergency Department setting that includes 29 beds and a patient ratio of 1:4.
Job Details
- Position: ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Registered Nurse
- Location: Palm Springs, California
- Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shift hours, minimum 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license in the state of California, CPR certification, minimum of 0 years of experience in ICU or Emergency Department settings, and relevant clinical skills for ICU nursing.
- Additional Information: The ICU / CCU Registered Nurse will assess, plan, and deliver direct patient care on a per-shift basis, supervise staff, and support the facility Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining quality standards. The role requires flexibility to float to ICU, Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PCU), telemetry, or Medical-Surgical levels of care as needed.
- Submission Requirements: Candidates must be available to start on 09/02/2026 and complete the assignment by 12/02/2026.
