Job Summary
Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Location: Indiana. This position involves providing specialized care for vent-dependent patients, managing IV drips and sedation, and performing recoveries as needed in a 14-bed unit. The role requires critical care skills and adherence to safety and procedural standards, with a focus on patient stability and clinical excellence.

Job Details

• Position Description: Critical Care RN responsible for vent-dependent patients, IV management, sedation, and post-procedure recoveries in a 14-bed ICU.
• Certifications, Education, and Experience: RN licensure, current ACLS and BLS certifications, 2 years of critical care experience, valid drivers license.
• Schedule: Nights shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, every third weekend, 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: RN licensure, ACLS, BLS, current drivers license, critical care skills, 2 years' ICU experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ventilated patients, Cerner electronic medical record system.
• Additional Information: Floating may be required to medical-surgical telemetry units; the position involves caring for ventilated patients, continuous IV infusions, IV sedation, and handling recoveries during off-hours. All travelers must attach current license and certifications, and include drivers license and permanent home address matching ID.
