Job Summary
Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Not Specified. This role involves floating across multiple units within the hospital, providing specialized patient care in medical-surgical telemetry areas. The position requires managing cardiac monitoring, administering cardiac drips, and reading tele strips, with a focus on acute care settings.

Job Details

• Position Description: Responsible for cardiac monitoring, cardiac drips, and reading tele strips while floating to all medical-surgical telemetry areas including Davenport units, emergency department, acute mental health units, and ICU care for non-vented patients.
• Certifications Required: Active Massachusetts RN License. AHA Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Required Qualifications: Licensed RN with at least 2 years of acute care hospital experience in one location, and 2 years of travel experience preferred, along with skills in telemetry monitoring, interpreting strips, and performing cardiac drips.
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Must be willing to float between 8 different units, including Med/Surg Tele units and ED, with rotations up to Nights per contract. EMR system in use is EPIC.
• Submission Requirements: License/Certificate verification, professional resume, references, skills checklist, candidate submission coversheet.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
