ICU Medical Nurse San Antonio, TX This position involves providing specialized care for intensive care unit patients in a hospital setting. The role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care tailored to critically ill patients, adhering to hospital policies and maintaining clinical excellence.

Job Details

Location: San Antonio, TX
Specialty: ICU Medical Intensive Care Unit Medical
Shift: Nights (7:00 PM 7:30 AM, 12 hours)
Schedule: Nights, 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license, minimum 3 years of relevant ICU experience, BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Certification, and experience with Meditech documentation system.
Preferred Qualifications: MICU & MSICU background, IABP exposure, CRRT exposure, additional advanced skills.
Additional Information: Documentation system is Meditech, and unit-specific guidelines include badge-in/out, punctuality, and dress code adherence. Candidates must demonstrate strong critical thinking skills. Floating may be required per hospital policy.
