Job Summary
Dialysis Unit RN Outpatient Dialysis Location not specified. This position involves providing specialized nursing care to patients undergoing dialysis treatments in an outpatient setting. The role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring patient safety and positive outcomes.
Job Details
- Requires an education verification, current Wisconsin License, AHA Provider Level BLS, and AHA Provider Level ACLS.
- Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process, administering prescribed medications and treatments according to approved policies and standards, documenting care, and developing patient care plans tailored to individual needs.
- The schedule involves day shifts, 12 hours long, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Candidates must demonstrate critical thinking skills related to patient safety and experience, and escalate issues appropriately.
- Candidates should be prepared to participate in performance improvement activities and support the organizations quality initiatives.
