Job Summary
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) Nurse in the healthcare setting. This position involves providing care to adult patients with a focus on medical-surgical and telemetry monitoring. The role requires clinical expertise, adaptability, and adherence to hospital protocols.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education, and Experience: Must have active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA (American Heart Association). Must have 2+ years of experience. Must be open to floating to Addison Gilbert Hospital as needed. Must be separated from the organization for 6+ months to be considered. Will accept pending licensure at time of submission.
• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, every other weekend, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• The candidate will be responsible for providing patient-centered care, monitoring telemetry, and collaborating with healthcare team members.
• EPIC electronic medical record system experience is required.
• Day one pass/fail test will be administered upon arrival at orientation (one attempt only). Two attempts to pass the Relias testing during onboarding to prepare for onsite testing.
