Job Summary
Labor and Delivery Nurse (L&D) Location: unspecified. This position involves providing specialized obstetric care in a high-acuity environment. The role requires working night shifts with a focus on high-risk labor and neonatal resuscitation to ensure optimal maternal and neonatal outcomes.
Job Details
- Required Qualifications: Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state where care is provided, with recent (within the last three years) one-year full-time equivalent experience in Labor and Delivery. Graduation from an accredited nursing program. CPR and Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program certifications are required.
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Experience in high-risk labor and delivery is preferred, along with Bachelors degree in nursing or related field. BLS and Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program certifications are mandatory for the role.
