Job Summary
Home Health Infusion Nurse, HH INFS This position is based in the specialty of Home Health Infusion within a healthcare organization. The role involves providing infusion and chemotherapy treatments to patients in a home health setting. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated clinical experience with oncology infusions and be capable of functioning independently with minimal supervision.

Job Details

• Certifications: BLS Basic Life Support (American Heart Association) required.
• Education: Oncology experience required. ONS (Oncology Nursing Society) or chemotherapy certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Location Requirements: Must have been separated from the organization for 6+ months and be in good standing.
• Years of Experience: 2+ years of relevant clinical infusion and chemotherapy experience required.
• Schedule: Day shift, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Responsibilities: Will be expected to float, as needed, between Addison Gilbert Hospital and Beverly.
• Submission Requirements: BILH coversheet required at time of submission. Biweekly orientation scheduled on 09/21 and 10/05.
• Clinical Knowledge: Must have infusion and chemotherapy experience.
