ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Cardiovascular Specialist Location: Not Specified. This position involves providing specialized care in a high-acuity cardiothoracic intensive care unit. The role requires delivering advanced patient monitoring and treatments for individuals recovering from complex heart, lung, or vascular surgeries, or those with severe cardiac or respiratory conditions.

- Position Description: The ICU Cardiovascular specialist will work in a high-acuity cardiothoracic intensive care unit, providing specialized, 24-hour care and monitoring for post-surgical and critically ill patients.
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience with 2 years specifically in the CT or CVICU. Must hold ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications from the American Heart Association.
- Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts, days and nights; 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Must have Level 1 trauma, EPIC electronic medical record experience, and travel experience.
- Submission Requirements: IVS with offer.
- Separation from previous employment or affiliation with the organization for 6 or more months is required for consideration.
