Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) Lynch Road, in a healthcare facility setting. This role involves providing high-quality emergency care to adult and pediatric patients in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on assessment, critical thinking, and resilience. The position offers an opportunity to be part of a new, impactful unit within the organizations Emergency Department.

Job Details

• Position Description: ER RN - Days in a satellite emergency department, delivering care to patients with a range of minor injuries to life-threatening emergencies.
• Certifications & Education: Current IN/Compact License, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS required. TNCC preferred.
• Location Requirements: No specific location restrictions other than the local 40-mile radius rule.
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of emergency department RN experience; charting experience using Epic is preferred.
• Schedule: 12-hour days, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Must demonstrate strong assessment skills, resilience, and the ability to manage change. No float requirement. No on-call, call back, weekend, or holiday obligations beyond scheduled shifts.
• Submission Requirements: Certifications must be attached upon submission.
• Unit Information: Fast-paced, high-acuity environment emphasizing teamwork and collaboration.
