Job Summary
Emergency Room RN Farmington, New Mexico. This position involves providing immediate and specialized emergency care in a Level III trauma center serving the Four Corners region. The role emphasizes trauma, stroke, STEMI, sepsis, and moderate sedation management within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job Details

Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC (must be from AHA) required.
Education: RN ADN required.
Location: Farmington, New Mexico.
Experience: 0 years minimum required.
Specialty: Emergency Room.
Shift: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM, weekly guaranteed hours: 36.
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Unit Information: 48 beds with flex space; patient ratios of 4:1 in the main emergency department and 6:1 in fast track.
Equipment: Zoll Defibrillator, Level One Blood Transfuser, QinFlow Blood Warmer, Hospira Plum360, Freestyle and Istat POC, Ultrasound Guided IV.
Patient Population: ESRD, Cirrhosis, COPD, Psychiatric, among others.
Additional Notes: Team nursing and Pod System, social worker assigned to department, unit educator.
