Job Details

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) in Medical Surgical Float Specialty
• Location: Pittsburg, KS
• Shift: Days, 3X12 hours with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: BLS, ACLS certifications; Valid RN license; 1+ years of nursing experience; ability to float as needed
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in ICU, stepdown, or telemetry units; familiarity with EPIC electronic medical record system
• Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring patient care plans, coordinating patient discharge planning, and serving as a primary discipline coordinator for patient care.
• Must have the ability to assess and communicate patient conditions effectively, ensuring well-coordinated care among healthcare team members.
