Job Summary
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse in a healthcare facility. This position involves providing critical care to patients in a Cerner General Medical Surgical ICU setting, with a focus on delivering specialized nursing services and ensuring patient safety during night shifts.
Job Details
- Position Description: HWL Requisition: 2026-117726. No local candidates within 50 miles are eligible. The schedule varies, with shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, totaling 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certifications include American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Education and experience requirements include a minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience within the specialty. This role requires working in a Cerner General Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit.
- Preferred Qualifications: Among preferred qualifications are Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
- Schedule: Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Candidates must be available to work 2 major holidays among Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day, and 1 minor holiday among the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve. The start date is projected for 09/14/2026 and the assignment concludes on 01/02/2027.
