Intensive Care Unit (ICU) registered nurse position in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing specialized critical care to patients in the intensive care setting, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient-centered care in a demanding environment.
Job Details
- Position: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse
- Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Start Date: 09/14/2026
- End Date: 01/02/2027
- Required Certifications, Education, and Experience: No minimum years of experience required; valid licensure as a registered nurse; required AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- Preferred Qualifications: Certified Critical Care Nurse (CCRN), NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
- Additional Information: Must have at least two years of recent experience within the specialty in a Cerner General Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit. Schedule varies between 7:00 AM and 7:30 PM. Northside Holiday Expectations: must work two major holidays of the three (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and one minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve).
