Job Summary
Emergency Room RN ER Farmington, New Mexico. This position involves providing high-quality emergency nursing care in a Level III trauma center. The role includes working within a team-based environment to manage a diverse patient population with a focus on trauma, stroke, STEMI, sepsis, and moderate sedation.

Job Details

• Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Active RN license with a minimum of 2 years of emergency department experience; certifications in ACLS, PALS, BLS, and TNCC; located in or willing to obtain licensure in New Mexico.
• Additional Information: Position includes team nursing and pod system workflows, with a social worker assigned to the department. The unit is equipped with Zoll Defibrillator, Level One Blood Transfuser, QinFlow Blood Warmer, Hospira Plum360, Freestyle, Istat POC, and ultrasound-guided IV access capabilities. The electronic health record system used is Cerner.
• Responsibilities: Provide emergency nursing care, participate in trauma and critical care procedures, and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
