Pediatric Floor Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Various. This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for pediatric patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing standards. Job Details

• Position Description: The RN in this pediatric specialty position is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care, including patient assessment, care planning, implementation, and documentation, all tailored to the developmental needs of pediatric patients. The role emphasizes safety, evidence-based practice, and teamwork.
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice, or a temporary/interim RN license, or compact RN licensure. BLS certification is required. Experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months in a pediatric or related specialty area.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shift hours, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: This position involves direct patient care with responsibilities including patient assessments, care coordination, delegation, supervision of licensed and non-licensed personnel, and documentation. The RN will participate in quality improvement activities and contribute to a positive patient experience.
