Job Details

• Position Description: Responsible for the delivery of resident care through the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documenting direct and indirect nursing care in accordance with the physician's plan of care.
• Required Qualifications: California Registered Nurse (RN) license, current certification in CPR, graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing, at least one (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: RTO is not approved unless noted in the offer. The position focuses on providing quality nursing care in a skilled nursing environment, emphasizing resident safety, assessment, and collaboration with healthcare team members.
