Job Summary
Pediatric Floor Nurse Night Shift Location: Not Specified. Job Details

• Position Description: This role assesses patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, and cultural needs. It involves reviewing patient history, diagnostics, laboratory data, and formulating individualized care plans including discharge planning. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, coordinating activities, delegating tasks, and supervising other licensed staff. Documentation of all nursing activities must be accurate, timely, and in accordance with policies.
• Required Qualifications: Current, valid RN license in the state of practice; BLS certification; Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in pediatric nursing or acute care setting within the past 12 months; minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a relevant clinical environment.
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Candidate will perform all functions according to established policies, regulations, and professional standards. Active participation in quality improvement, professional development, and possibly supervising other staff may be required. Effective communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams are essential.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must demonstrate appropriate licensing, certification, and relevant clinical experience for the position.
