Job Summary
Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Nurse, located in en_US responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients within a hospital setting. The role involves supporting and promoting the organization's mission and values, rendering comprehensive clinical documentation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient care. The position requires flexibility to float to Med/Surg, Rehan, and Geri Psych units.

Job Details

• Certifications: Current New Hampshire RN license required; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Dysrhythmia course completion prior to completion of orientation.
• Education Requirements: Graduate of an approved Nursing program preferred.
• Location Requirements: Must hold a valid license to practice nursing in the state of New Hampshire.
• Years of Experience: 0 years minimum.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid. Position may be canceled up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract. Supports a culture of well-being, promotes safety, and participates in quality improvement initiatives. Promotes shared governance, collaborates with other clinical staff, and mentors new nurses. Ensures compliance with safety and clinical standards, maintains licensure and certifications, and actively engages in organizational quality and safety initiatives.
