Job Summary
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) RN position in a healthcare organization. This role involves providing patient care in an acute care setting, utilizing telemetry monitoring, and supporting clinical operations in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details

• Position Description:
  The RN must hold all required certifications upon hire, including a valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification. Additional necessary licenses and certifications will be required accordingly.
• Required Qualifications:
  All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated. Minimum of less than 1 year of direct patient care experience post-accredited nursing program. Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English, with proficient computer skills.
• Schedule:
  Rotating shift schedule from 6:45 am to 7:15 pm, with at least 8 hours shifts and a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  At least 3 years of acute care experience in a Medical Surgical with Telemetry setting.
• Additional Information:
  This position requires ability to respond effectively during emergencies, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and the capacity to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment, ensuring evidence-based nursing practices and critical thinking are employed.
