Job Summary
Operating Room Circulator Nurse in the OR Circulate specialty is needed in the healthcare organization. This position involves supporting surgical teams by preparing and managing the operating room environment to ensure efficient and safe procedures.

Job Details

• Certifications: Must have CPR certification.
• Education Requirements: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Years of Experience: 3+ years of OR RN experience required, including robotics, orthopedics, general surgery, obstetrics, and gynecology; c-section experience essential.
• Location Requirements: Candidates should be prepared to work in a hospital setting with an EMR system using Cerner.
• Schedule: 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts (7:00 am 5:30 pm) or 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts (7:00 am 3:30 pm). Minimum 40 hours per week. Call required3 first calls, 3 second calls, and 1 weekend call every 6 weeks.
• Responsibilities include ensuring case supplies, assisting with surgeries, updating physician preference cards, scrubbing, and supervising patient care personnel.
• Additional Information: The scope of the role includes pulling supplies and equipment for cases, maintaining a patient-to-professional ratio of 1:1, and managing 9 beds on the unit. Scrub color is green.
• Submissions must include the specific schedule requested and confirm flexibility around block scheduling if applicable.
