It requires delivering skilled nursing services per physician plans, responding to patient needs, and ensuring quality care during night shifts.

Job Details

• Position Description: This role involves assessing, implementing, and monitoring patient care for outpatients on observation status, with responsibilities including direct patient care, medication administration, treatments, and assisting with transfers.
• Certifications/Education/Experience: Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, active Michigan license, currently documented skills pertinent to ambulatory care, and two supervisor references within the last two years.
• Shift: Nights, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Michigan license, current BLS certification, minimum 2 years of observation experience, Epic electronic medical record experience preferred, proper documentation of work history and skills, active state license, and completion of supervisory references within last two years.
• Additional Information: Candidates should have experience working with Epic EMR and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility location. All documentation must be current and complete for submission.
