Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse position available in en_US. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care for patients based on organizational policies and professional nursing standards. Job Details

  • Position Description: This role assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents nursing care in alignment with organizational policies, standards of professional nursing practice, and the framework for professional nursing practice and development. It ensures accountability for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others under their direction, utilizing specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills to provide appropriate care based on patient data and developmental age.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification, and experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months.
  • Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
  • Additional Information: This position involves direct patient care, collaboration with multiple healthcare team members, documentation in patient records, and participation in clinical activities that promote excellent patient outcomes and quality indicators. It may include supervisory responsibilities and interactions with various healthcare professionals, patients, and families to support overall patient well-being.
