Job Summary
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Nurse in the geographic location. This role involves providing specialized nursing care for patients requiring intermediate medical monitoring and treatment. The position focuses on neuro-progressive, stepdown, or intensive care unit experience within a 5-bed medical-surgical setting.

Job Details

• Position Description: Must have neuro-progressive, stepdown, or intensive care unit experience. A 5-bed medical-surgical rotation is required for all applicants. Scrubs in navy blue are required. All applicants must complete a neuro-progressive competency exam and skills checklist upon offer. Epic experience is required.
• Certifications, Education, and Experience: Valid nursing license; experience in neuro-progressive, stepdown, or ICU settings; recent competence in neuro skills; ability to work days shift. No minimum years of experience specified.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be able to complete competency exams and skills checklists upon offer. Experience in Epic electronic medical record system is necessary.
