Job Details

• Position Description: The House Supervisor Level 1 provides leadership and oversight of clinical and operational activities during assigned shifts, promoting patient safety, staff coordination, and compliance with health care standards.
• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: BLS Certification is required prior to first shift. ACLS certification is required prior to first shift (CIRH only). Minimum of two (2) years bedside clinical experience required.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The House Supervisor Level 1 performs clinical assessments, supervises staff, manages patient safety, and facilitates communication among care teams. They are responsible for initiating discharge planning, delegating tasks, and participating in team-building activities to foster a positive and efficient environment. The role also involves ensuring cost-effective patient care and maintaining safety standards for both staff and patients. They are expected to pursue ongoing professional development and assume charge responsibilities following orientation.
