This position involves providing urgent and critical care in a fast-paced rural Emergency Department with 23 beds. The ER RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a busy hospital environment, adhering to policies and standards to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.

Job Details

• Position Description: Emergency Room RN in a rural ER setting, responsible for fast-paced patient care at a facility with 23 beds.
• Required Qualifications: RN licensure in the state of Indiana, ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications, De-Escalation Training, 1-2 years of ER experience, EMR proficiency (Cerner preferred).
• Schedule: Dayshift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting 09/28/2026 and ending 12/28/2026.
• Additional Information: Must attach required license and certifications with submission; travelers must be over 50 miles from the facility; no local candidates accepted; candidates may need to float to Starke Hospital ED.
