Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in McKinney, Texas. This position involves providing critical emergency care in a 37-bed Level 2 Trauma Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate high-energy, self-motivation, and excellent patient experience skills within a fast-paced environment.

Job Details

• Location: McKinney, TX
• Shift: Evenings, 12-hour shifts, with a schedule of 36 hours per week
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC required
• Education/Experience: No minimum experience required, with a preference for candidates familiar with Meditech electronic medical records and HCA experience
• Responsibilities: Deliver emergency care to a diverse patient population; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team; adhere to unit policies and protocols; ensure high-quality patient care in a fast-paced setting
• Schedule Details: Four weekend shifts within a four-week period; no on-call obligations
• Additional Information: Must be a quick starter, capable of minimal PTO requests, and align with unit dress code of Royal Blue scrubs
