Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Surgical Technologist specializing in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) procedures, for a location where the role involves assisting in surgeries within the cardiovascular specialty. This position supports the surgical team by preparing and maintaining sterile environments, ensuring safety and efficiency during operative procedures.
Job Details:
- Position: Surgical Technician/Operating Room Technician (ORT) Cardiovascular
- Shift: Days, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certification as a Surgical Technologist with BLS certification; no minimum years of experience required.
- Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday, with an expectation of working 40 hours per week
- Additional Information: Call may be required, approximately 5-6 times per month, if requested. The role may involve coverage in the cardiovascular operating room, supporting surgical procedures and maintaining sterile techniques.
- Submission Requirements: Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate current certification and licensure as applicable.
