Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) RN Located in a healthcare setting, this position involves providing specialized neonatal care during night shifts. The role includes supporting critically ill newborns, likely requiring flexibility to float to other units within the intensive care cluster, including pediatric and adult critical care units.
Job Details
- Position Description: NICU RN, 12-hour night shifts, weekends required. May float to other units within the ICU cluster (Pediatric ICU, Cardiovascular ICU, Burn ICU, Intermediate Medical Unit).
- Required Qualifications: Active AR or Compact license; must have LEVEL 4 NICU experience clearly noted on packaging; must have EPIC experience; must have at least one prior travel assignment; must pass NICOTINE test and fit test (no facial hair unless for religious beliefs).
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: The role requires experience with neonatal patients in a high-acuity environment, adherence to infection control protocols regarding testing requirements, and flexibility to float as needed.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
