Job Summary
Medical Surgical Floor RN (Registered Nurse) Pasco, Washington. This healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to provide high-quality care on a Medical Surgical Floor. The role involves supporting adult and geriatric patients with a variety of medical conditions, including orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular, stroke, amputations, and traumatic brain injuries.

Job Details

• Position Description:
  The facility offers 95 licensed beds and a variety of services such as Bariatrics, Family Medicine, Inpatient Rehab, Internal Medicine, Lab, Counseling Center, Occupational Health, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Surgery, Urgent Care, and more. The RN will be responsible for providing patient care within a rehabilitation unit, supporting diverse patient needs.
• Required Qualifications:
  Current licensure as a registered nurse, in addition to at least 1 year of acute care nursing experience. Certification in CPR and ability to work night shifts (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.) with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Schedule:
  Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  Experience in rehabilitation nursing, including documentation and scoring GG (Geriatric Gait) assessments.
• Additional Information:
  The role involves occasional float to med/surg units as needed, supporting collaborative healthcare delivery and teamwork within a dynamic environment. The position is scheduled to start on 09/28/2026, with an end date of 12/28/2026.
