Job Summary
The healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for a travel assignment in the designated facility. The position involves providing critical care to patients in a high-volume environment with a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio and a focus on Intensive Care Unit patient management.

Job Details

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Days
• Location: The work site is in a healthcare facility serving patients in a busy ICU environment.
• Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU, 1 year of travel experience, BSN degree, and valid RN license. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
• Schedule: Dayshift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 09/21/2026 and concluding on 12/19/2026. Floating: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The position requires working in a critical care setting with a patient census typically involving 2 to 4 patients per nurse depending on the unit area. The candidate must be comfortable working with electronic medical records via ALLSCRIPTS. References are required for application.
• Certifications: Valid RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
• Holidays: The traveler is required to work two of the three major holidays: Thanksgiving/Day after, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, New Years Eve/New Years Day.
• Onboarding Requirements: Full vaccination with the current seasons flu vaccine is mandatory during flu season; COVID-19 vaccination is strongly recommended but not required.
