Job Summary:
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) RN in Margate, Florida. This role involves providing specialized nursing care in a dual cath and electrophysiology (EP) lab setting, supporting a high-volume unit with a variety of complex procedures. The position emphasizes scrubbing in electrophysiology procedures, including pacemaker placements, ablations, and Watchman device deployments.

Job Details:

• Position Description: Must be able and willing to scrub in procedures within the electrophysiology and cardiac catheterization laboratory setting.
• Unit Information: Two cath labs and one EP lab, staffed by a multidisciplinary team including RN, Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), Radiologic Technologist (RT), Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT), and support staff.
• Schedule: Four (4) 10-hour shifts, from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and EKG training. Previous experience in scrubbing all procedures performed in electrophysiology in an acute care setting is preferred.
• Additional Information: Experience with pacemakers, ablations, Watchman, and Cryoablation procedures is desired. Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and independent functioning is preferred.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must have current ACLS and EKG training, with experience in electrophysiology procedures.
